CULTURED is a new range of live and fermented products, made by the team at Cadence.

From the beginning, our philosophy has been to incorporate pre- and probiotic ingredients into as many dishes as possible. Fermentation is a cornerstone of Cadence - helping us unlock flavour and nutrition from raw ingredients that would otherwise stay dormant.

Probiotic Coconut Yoghurt from Cultured

Coconut Yoghurt

Our live, probiotic coconut yoghurt is creamy, fresh, and a great alternative to milk-based yoghurt. Because it is unpasteurised, all the good bacteria are ready and waiting to give your gut a helping hand!

Fermented Sauerkraut from Cultured

Kraut

Sauerkraut is a deliciously simple example of how fermentation can transform raw ingredients. Our Kraut comes in different flavour combinations with a base of either red or white cabbage. The ingredients are lacto-fermented to bring out flavour and nutrition - making it the perfect boost to any meal.

Fermented Hot Sauce from Cultured

Hot Sauce

Some people like it hotter than others, but flavour is everything when it comes to hot sauce. Our first batch combines black garlic with three types of chilli and tropical fruit to give a slightly sweet and mellow flavour with a bit of a kick.
